CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Are you a young person interested in the future of performing arts? Sydney Opera House is in the process of setting up its first ever Youth Advisory Committee. They are on the hunt for eight young people between the ages of 13-18 to work with them across the year to advise them on what they would like to see, hear and do here at the House.
Committee members will attend meetings, see a variety of shows and be assigned a mentor from Sydney Opera House.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to have input into the future of the Arts in our city!
The committee will be comprised of eight members who will meet four times throughout the year and attend a wide variety of performances, from live music and comedy to theatre, dance and film.
Members of the Youth Advisory Committee will be asked to give their advice on programming, performances, access and exciting new ways to attract young people to the House.
