Bondi BLYMP
May 28th @ Bondi Pavilion, High Tide Room, Bondi Beach
Bondi Ways Youth Services will be presenting Bondi BLYMP a music event for under 18s, which will be held sat 28th May 7pm to 11pm, at Bondi Pavilion High Tide Room. The event will be featuring six bands, some of which will be making their debut performances. The line-up features the bands: April Falls, Dystopic, The Frogs, Your Way Sucks, Oscar & Friends and The Lucid Jeffery’s.
The event is drug and alcohol free.

Back to the Gig GuideThe Seven Hills Shoot Out is a band competition that runs every Thursday in June and July. They are now accepting applications.
Applications are now open for the Foundation for Young Australian’s 2011 Young Social Pioneer program, but get in quick as they close this Friday June 3.
After having performed successfully at numerous talent quests and band competitions, including taking out the 2011 gong at Youth Rock, PENNYBLACK have now stepped up and are taking their show to performance venues and festivals.
Their sound is fresh and vibrant, and since forming they have crafted their own style of ‘Aussie Rock’ into a sound which has broad appeal and leaves their audience wanting more. From day one the band have been in development with Producer / Songwriter Scott Bird (formerly Pale Riders).These guys are passionate about their music and more importantly; they deliver the goods.
