They will also be doing great workshops sponsored by “Drink? Don’t Sink” in the week leading up to this insane event which will be the highlight of National Youth Week for Bellingen.
Innovative dance duo, Bag Raiders and emerging rock band Papa Vs Pretty join the stellar line up of music industry speakers for the 2011 Indent Open Day, as presented by FBi Radio.
Happening behind the sandy dunes of Bondi’s iconic beach the Indent Open Day welcomes all those interested in finding out more about the music industry. Whether you are in a band, an aspiring event or band manager, or simply a music fan the program will canvass the breadth and opportunities for young people keen to step into a role in the industry.
YouthRock has been a key focus event of Youth Week in NSW since 2000. YouthRock has evolved from a local band competition run by Belmore Boys High School, to a state-wide talent search with winners including Silverchair, Alex Lloyd and 2009 Australian Idol runner up Hayley Warner.
