Y-Fest

Y-Fest has announced its line-up for 2011, with the event happening at the close of National Youth Week, Saturday APRIL 9.

Headlined by Amy Meredith, Australian Hip-Hop Star, Phrase, and Albury’s very own Neon City,. Featuring DJ sets by Sydney’s DJ Minx, Y-FEST also sees its youth on stage in electronica band Bloodloss Vegas, rock act Radio Shock Therapy, as well as DJ’s Bounce Bros (DJ’s Candy B and Evan M) and DJ Zuckr, and an innovative sound mash up for the Invasion of the Next Generation Transmissions, as well as a Battle of the Bands Competition to be held in February-March by Albury Youth Council.

Stone Parade

Stone Parade have created some magical moments in their short career, winning the 2008 International Songwriting Competition’s ROCK Division for their song ‘Somebody Will Miss You’ and touring over 70 schools across Australia in support of all-ages music as part of Rock The Schools 2009. Stone Parade recently released their second album Stratosphere – led by the dirty, sexy first single ‘Paranoia’.
