Summer Sun Youth Festival

The Summer Sun Youth Festival is a concerted effort between representatives from Inverell Shire Coucnil, Inverell Community Support Services and an array of other local community organisations. A great line up of music acts are planned for what is described as a carnival-like atmosphere, with Miramar, Marshall & the Fro, The Merchants of Venice, Head of Hearts, Yominda, Tommi Gunn and Vital Heights.

Brothers 3

Brothers 3 is a band of brothers, literally taking their name from their biological brothership. Shardyn (14), Tayzin (13) and Makirum (12) have recently been nominated for six awards at Tamworth Fest, a world-renowned and prestigious event celebrating Country Music. An enormous achievement for a band of such a tender age. We interviewed them and got a sneak-peek into the inner-workings of the band.

Indent Partnership Grants Announcement

NSW Minister for the Arts, The Hon. Virginia Judge today announced $250,000 in funding to assist young people across the State to stage their own all-ages, drug and alcohol free music events.

Indentwill distribute the money in the form of event grants, demonstrating a further commitment to the continuation of the Indent Tour and ongoing support for youth entertainment.

β€œThe Indent Project has steadily grown over the past ten years, into the premier resource for sustainable all ages entertainment throughout the State,” Minister Judge said.
