Raid On Reality are a close-knit group that live together whilst rehearsing every weekend which adds to the cohesion of the group both visually and musically.
Combining unique raw vocals from singer/songwriter Olivia Halman, powerfully fluent bass playing from Shayne “Thunderfingers” Spencer, the flamboyant guitarist Zac Bentley and the charismatic drummer Josh Bentley, the band bring together eclectic musical styles and influences providing ample room for them to demonstrate their musical prowess.
Headlined by one of Australia’s finest hip-hop artists, Urthboy, with Jane & El Gusto, each event is supported by emerging local artists. In each location, Indent is working with teams of young people (12 – 25 year olds) who manage the event completely – from programming, logistics and site management to making sure the word gets out.
Romeros are a four-piece Noise/Indie band from Tamworth, New South Wales Australia. Beginning in 2008 as a simple cover band, the four high school friends began exploring their creativity in music.
From the Chorus-soaked clean tracks, to the Fuzz-drenched noisy tracks, Romeros deliver a unique album that incorporates their own blend of Noise Rock/Shoegaze, Dancey-Punk and a dash of Surf/Noisepop in their unique independent sound, drawing influences from Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine, No Age and A Place To Bury Strangers.
The annual Indent Save the Scene workshops are coming on tour with us too Yes that’s right bringing you the creme of the music industry crop to answer your questions. Straight from a sell out National tour and European festival jaunt, Urthboy, Jane and El Gusto will be taking time out before each gig to talk performing, songwriting, production and running one of the country’s leading hip hop labels, Elefant Tracks and how to do it yourself!
