Applications are now open for funding of projects commencing in the next calendar year (2011).
The Regional Arts Fund is an Australian Government initiative supporting the arts in regional and remote Australia. The grants support arts and cultural activities in regional NSW that are sustainable, have long term cultural, economic and social benefits, develop partnerships and cultural networks and provide skills development opprtunities.
There is one round per year with closing date of AUGUST 13 for projects commencing in the following calendar year. Multiple year funding and grants of more than $20 000 per year are available but must be discussed with Regional Arts NSW prior to applying.
There are three categories within which you can apply for the Regional Arts Fund:
New Initiatives;
Partnerships; &
Residencies and Mentorship.
