Want to help out at Sydney’s biggest and best music event? This is the final callout for Sydney, Big Day Out 2010 Volunteers.
The Big Day Out 2010 are looking for Crowd Care volunteers, an experience which many of you enjoyed last year. A Crowd Care volunteer acts as a link between patrons, security, St Johns Ambulance and BDO admin. You will be required to keep a watchful yet unobtrusive eye on the crowd and assessing if any individual patrons require further assistance. Most of your time will be spent handing out programs, giving directions to stages, toilets, free water points, ATM’s etc.
To qualify to become a volunteer at Sydney BDO 2010, you need to be 18 years and over, be responsible, reliable and honest and have a commitment to team work. Oh! And if you have your First Aid Certificate, that would be a bonus! For more information, check out their facebook page.
