Find out about the new NSW live entertainment policy.
Workshops on how the NSW government’s new live entertainment policy will affect venues and you, Tuesday December 8.
If you have an interest in putting on live music events in Dubbo and surrounds then get yourself along to this workshop which will cover how the NSW governments new policy regarding live entertainment in venues will effect you.
The workshop is being held at Dubbo RSL Club Resort, Tuesday December 8, 10:30-12:30pm.
Since October 26 this year, the NSW government has cut red tape regarding live entertainment in venues. Any venue in NSW whether it be a pub, café, restaurant or club now no longer needs a special license to host live music and entertainment. This new policy is designed to enrich and liven up the live music scene in NSW.
The NSW Department of Planning is currently running workshops to inform and educate relevant stakeholders in the live music scene about how the new policy will affect them. There will be speakers at the workshops from The NSW Department of Planning and the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
All interested are welcome to join the workshops but must register HERE and if there are any queries about the workshop in Dubbo contact the information centre at innovation@planning.nsw.gov.au or on 02 9228 6333
