The Minor Chord is the hottest new all ages column in the coolest street press in Sydney – The Brag. Over the coming two months, TMC is seeking two young writers to join a roster/network of other budding music journalists to report on the all ages scene in Sydney.

East London West Sydney is a new hip-hop theatre project led by artist from the hip hop and urban cultures of the UK and Australia. These artists expore the urban experience and struggles, and share an emphasis on word flow, stroytelling and place. Working through parallels and divergences – in tone, theme, cultural mix and forms of expression – the project’s emphasis is survival and creativity at the margins of the city.

Young, hardworking and just downright awesome Indie rockers Girl In The Red Light have been together for less than one year and have already toured with British India, played at Dusty Days Festival and are booked for a few more festival appearances in the coming months.
Their own distinctive style of arty indie rock has already kicked up a dust storm throughout regional NSW and, with a new EP almost set for release the boys are ready to show the big smoke what they’ve got.
